Writer of the day!

I love this piece of writing done by our lovely Carli about playing hide and seek. 

When I play hide and seek, and my sister is in, I hide under my blanket. My blanket is red with white roses and leaves. It is very dark under my blanket. I have to lie down flat in my bed under the blanket. It feels squishy, warm and cosy. "Maybe I might fall asleep," I often think to myself. Then I hear her footsteps coming down the hallway. She comes into the bedroom and says "I am going to find you!" She always finds me! It is tricky to find her. It takes a long time. When Mum calls us for lunch she comes out of her hiding place. I still do not know where it is!
